Overview

If you have a single day in Alanya and want both the history and the sea, this combo was built for exactly that day: town in the morning, boat in the afternoon.

You are collected around 08:30. The first stop is the I Love Alanya viewing terrace — the town's panoramic photo spot. Then comes the ancient Inner Castle: Ehmedek, the Bedesten and the historic Süleymaniye Mosque. Afterwards you have 1-1.5 hours of free time at Cleopatra Beach — swim, or add the Damlataş Cave or the cable car (entry fees for those two are extra).

After lunch at a restaurant (grilled chicken, pasta, salad) you move to Alanya harbour and the second half of the day begins: a 1-1.5 hour pirate boat trip. The shipyard and the Pirates', Lovers' and Phosphorus caves pass by, with another swim stop off Cleopatra Beach; animation, music and a foam party run on board. You are back at your hotel by early evening.

How does it differ from the City & Cable Car Tour?

The cable car tour is an evening programme that rides up to the castle. This combo runs during the day, visits the Inner Castle by vehicle and on foot, and adds a 1-1.5 hour pirate boat trip. Here the cable car is an optional extra.

How does the boat part differ from the full-day cruises?

The boat section here is a short 1-1.5 hour taster: you see the caves and get one swim stop. If you want a full day at sea, our dedicated cruises (pirate, catamaran, Starcraft, relax) are the better choice.

Is there much walking at the castle?

You reach the Inner Castle by vehicle; inside there is a moderate amount of walking on stone ground. Comfortable shoes are enough, and clothing covering shoulders and knees is advised for the mosque.
