Overview
Gazipaşa is a coastal district 60 km east of Alanya that has stayed clear of the tourist crowds. This tour brings together the three things the area is known for: two ancient cities, a cave, and Delik Deniz — one of the most unusual coastal formations on the Mediterranean.
The day starts around 09:00. The first stop is the ancient city of Syedra — two-thousand-year-old ruins with a sea view (entrance fee not included). Then comes a swim stop and lunch at Aytap Bay.
In the afternoon you visit the Yalan Dünya Cave (cave entry is included). The route finishes with the ancient city of Antiochia ad Cragum, King's Bay and finally Delik Deniz: a giant opening in the rock looking out to sea, and one of the most photographed spots on this coast. There is another swim stop here. Depending on the programme a visit to a tropical fruit garden may also be included. You are back at your hotel around 17:30.

What exactly is Delik Deniz?
It is a huge collapse in the rocky coastline. From above it looks like a giant window in the rock opening onto the sea; down below there is a cove with clear water to swim in. It is the most photographed spot in the area.
Which entrance fees are not included?
The Yalan Dünya Cave entry is included. The Syedra ancient city entry is not — bring a small amount of cash.
How does this differ from the Side tour?
The Side tour goes west to a large, busy ancient city; this one goes east along a much quieter stretch of coast. Gazipaşa sees fewer visitors and the programme leans more on nature and coves than on history.
